Welcome to The Elastic City. With limited space to work with, stretch and squash your city to win!
Drag whole rows and columns to reshape the buildings in your city to reach your goals. Some buildings will need a minimum, maximum, or exact size to beat the level. Reshaping one building will reshape and push other buildings. You can always restart if you get stuck. Complete all ten levels to win!

I really like the whole presentation of this - the iso perspective and chunky pixels are great. My minor nitpick is that it was sometimes a little difficult to get the selection to line up exactly where I wanted it. I found it pretty difficult but I tend to be very bad at games like this. Satisfying to clear a level once you get it. Nice work!
